But so far, Google Drive is the most complete and integrated tool you can use several platforms. Mais comme c'est rarement le cas, Google Drive est très régulièrement mis à jour pour faciliter la collaboration et terminer les choses rapidement. La fonctionnalité de gestion des commentaires déjà présente dans les documents et présentations arrive maintenant dans les feuilles de calcul ! Si une cellule contient un commentaire, vous verrez un triangle orange dans le coin supérieur droit et lorsque vous survolez la cellule vous verrez la discussion complète. En passant la souris par-dessus l'icone, tous les commentaires de la feuille s'affichent. Le collaborateur peut répondre sans quitter sa messagerie. Tous les anciens commentaires déjà créés dans les feuilles de calcul sont toujours disponibles en temps que notes (ou annotations). Ils sont affichés avec un triangle noir dans le coin de la cellule pour les différencier du nouveau système de commentaires (triangle orange). Vous pouvez toujours créer une annotation rapide depuis le menu "insérer".
